1. Cleanliness: Check all surfaces for leaks (oil or battery electrolyte) or foreign objects.
2. Structure: Check the equipment structure for dents, damage, welding, or base metal cracking or other non compliant areas.
3. Labels: Check that all labels are clean and clearly visible, ensuring that there are no missing items, and clean or replace any unrecognizable labels.
4. Operation and Safety Manual: Ensure that a copy of the operation and safety manual has been placed in a weather resistant storage box.
5. Inspection: Inspect all equipment items in order according to the guidelines to ensure that the components are firmly fixed, there are no loose or missing parts, and there is no visible damage, leakage, or excessive wear.
6. Battery: Charge as required.
7. Hydraulic oil level: Check the hydraulic oil level in the hydraulic oil pump storage tank and add it as needed.
8. Function check: After completing the patrol inspection, conduct a system function check in areas where there are no obstacles in the air or on the ground.
9. Work platform entrance: The work platform entrance and surrounding area should be kept clean and free of obstacles. At the same time, confirm that the door can be closed normally and is not bent or damaged. The door should always be closed during the operation process.
10. Cable anchoring points: It is recommended that personnel on the work platform wear full body equipment and secure it to authorized cable anchoring points.
