When the appearance check is finished, the second step check is carried out. During the function test, the key is inserted first to power on, and the display panel is checked for anomalies or alarms. The fault needs to be rectified in time. Then test whether the up and down control emergency shutdown function is effective, whether the engine works normally, if there is an anomaly immediately stop the check, after troubleshooting and start again. Confirm that the action of the aerial work platform is smooth, reliable, effective and in line with the factory requirements. Finally, it is necessary to test the overload alarm, tilt alarm, action buzzer, anti-pinch hand function, pothole protection, emergency descent, emergency brake release, etc., to confirm that the protection function of the entire aerial work platform is intact.
The third step is site assessment. If the aerial work platform is already parked in the workplace, a workplace inspection needs to be performed before starting work. First of all, the cross-country scissor aerial work platform requires that the ground must be solid and have sufficient bearing capacity to prevent the ground from collapsing during work, causing the aerial work platform to tip over. Secondly, when there are other mobile devices in the cross-working area, do a good job of security interlock, and arrange special personnel on the ground to command the operation. In the lifting operation, the high-altitude working platform is moved to a safe position in advance to prevent the collision of obstacles during lifting and the occurrence of safety accidents. If it is an electric welding operation, it is necessary to protect the high-altitude working platform, clean the equipment, and prevent the welding slag from falling.
The fourth step is professional operation. All operators must be trained in safe operation and obtain operation license before operating the equipment. You must wear qualified safety protective equipment (five-point safety belt, helmet, reflective vest, protective goggles, etc.). Read the operation manual to understand the safety protection functions of the device, be familiar with the operation buttons and handle functions, and understand the meaning of the safety identifier affixed to the device.
The fifth step is to turn off the device correctly. When the platform is stopped, the equipment must be parked in a safe and reliable area, and the platform must be lowered to a closed state. After parking the equipment, you must turn off the switch of the upper and lower control panel and the main power switch, turn the key switch to the middle position and unplug the key.
