How to repair the electronic jacquard faucet machine

The electronic jacquard faucet machine is one of the most complex and technologically advanced components in textile equipment, and strict adherence to safety regulations and operating procedures is necessary during maintenance. The following provides a detailed explanation at five levels: safety preparation, common troubleshooting, mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, and debugging verification.


1. Safety preparations before maintenance (must be strictly followed)

Step 1: Press the two red emergency stop buttons on the left and right. These two buttons can immediately stop the device and display that it is in maintenance status, preventing other personnel from accidentally approaching the device.


Step 2: Cut off the power. Be sure to turn off the power during maintenance, otherwise it may damage the controller. This is the iron law, without exception.


Step 3: Do not cross the guardrail.

. Maintenance personnel must never cross the equipment guardrail during operation, and must be slow and careful when going up and down stairs to prevent falling and slipping.


Step 4: Tools and parts cannot be placed randomly.

. Tools placed randomly on equipment are prone to falling, causing injury to personnel or damage to equipment, and even leading to safety accidents. After removing the cross bar of the corrugated bridge, remember not to hang it on the ground of the gantry at will, as it may roll and injure people.


Step 5: After moving the safety barrier, it must be restored.

. If the safety barrier of the device is moved during maintenance, it must be restored to its original position after the maintenance is completed.


II. Common fault diagnosis and corresponding maintenance methods

Fault 1: Local lifting of the fabric surface (irregular lifting of certain warp yarns)

Cause analysis: Electromagnetic valve failure, wear of the motion hook before and after, and grease and dirt on the contact surface.

Maintenance method:


First, ensure that the operation is correct, and then replace the corresponding solenoid valve.

.

Check if there is any wear on the front and rear of the sports hook. If the wear is severe, replace the sports hook.

. Ensure that the contact surface of the solenoid valve is free of grease and dirt, and wipe it clean with a cleaning agent. Check if the working status of the return spring is normal.

Fault 2: Permanent or local sinking (some warp yarns have been sinking below without lifting)

Cause analysis: damage to the moving structural components, jamming of the solenoid valve, and failure of the spring.

Maintenance method:


Check whether the original motion structure is stuck or damaged.

. Ensure that the contact surface of the solenoid valve is clean and free of oil stains. Check if the return spring is broken or has insufficient elasticity, and replace the spring if necessary. Check if the vulnerable parts before and after the motion hook are worn.

Fault 3: The hole selection needle cannot accurately fall into the pattern hole (pattern defect)

Cause analysis: The intermittent movement time of the pattern roller is offset, the hole selection needle is not straight, and the pattern hole does not correspond to the roller hole.

Maintenance method:


Loosen the fastening screws of the corrugated plate roller, rotate the corrugated plate roller slightly, and make the corrugated plate holes match the roller holes.

.

Use a special pattern plate positioning gauge or visually readjust the intermittent movement time of the pattern plate roller.

.

Check if the hole selection needle is straight. If it is not straight, repair or replace it.

. There are 16 specifications for hole selection needles, and attention must be paid to the corresponding specifications when replacing them. If there is a torn pattern during operation, focus on checking the working status of the hole selection needle.

Fault 4: Vertical and horizontal needle faults (more frequent and less frequent)

Cause analysis: incorrect inclination angle of the pressure grid, inaccurate spacing between the legs of the vertical needle, and breakage at the hook of the horizontal needle.

.


Maintenance method:


Regularly check whether the distance between the hook end of the vertical needle and the top of the blade, as well as the distance between the two legs of the vertical needle, are accurate at the beginning and end of the vertical needle hook displacement. The distance between the two legs must be maintained at 1mm.

The pressure grid must be in a slightly inclined state. If the inclination is too severe, the vertical needle that is not selected when the knife holder rises will also be lifted, resulting in more or less lifting.

. When replacing the horizontal needle, first remove the connecting plate at the back, remove the safety needle, carefully remove the broken horizontal needle, and if necessary, remove the hole selection needle box. Insert the new horizontal needle accurately into the dense vertical needle gap.

Fault 5: The entire fabric surface is irregular (all patterns have problems in the same position)

Cause analysis: This is commonly known as the "faucet problem", where the component corresponding to the needle position on the faucet has a problem.

Maintenance method:


Use the system's built-in testing functions to troubleshoot one by one.

. Press the F3 key on the weaving interface to enter the testing interface, select "Electromagnetic Valve" for testing, and the system will display the status of each solenoid valve on the faucet. O indicates normal, and X indicates a problem.

Replace the problematic solenoid valve and check if the drive board at that position is normal (select the "Drive Board" item on the testing interface, O is normal, X has a problem).

.

III. Key points for mechanical maintenance

1. Maintenance of hole selection needle box

The hole selection needle and push needle are assembled together in the hole selection needle box.

. During maintenance, it is necessary to check whether the hole selection needle can accurately fall into the groove plate hole and whether the groove plate hole corresponds to the groove plate roller hole. If it does not correspond, loosen the fastening screw and rotate the corrugated drum to recalibrate.


2. Maintenance of solenoid valves and suction heads

The center line of the electromagnet must correspond to the center line of the suction head, with a deviation of no more than 0.6mm when viewed from the left or right, and a maximum deviation of no more than 1mm when viewed from the front or back.

When installing the electromagnet, take one from the middle first and install it in rows, front and back respectively, with the first and last two as standards.

.

After the solenoid valve is installed in a complete set, it must be aligned with the suction head of the upper straight needle between the sleeves.

.

The quick connector should be inserted into the corresponding slot and guide rail, and the last docking nut should be tightened. After the component is restored, it should be retested.

.

3. Maintenance of vertical and horizontal needles

The vertical needle is welded with auxiliary needles, and the friction coefficient increases after high-speed operation, making it easy to damage. Regular inspection and replacement are required.

.

The horizontal needle is prone to breakage at the hook. When replacing, follow the above method and be careful not to damage adjacent needles.

.

4. Driver board maintenance

The dip switch S1 on the driver board (located next to the 34 core cable) is encoded in hexadecimal from 0 to 15.

.

Turn the dip switch of the first drive board behind the faucet to 0, and then turn it forward to 1, 2, 3, 4... until it reaches the front drive board. The coding is continuous and not repeated.

. If there is a problem with one of the solenoid valves on the drive board, the entire drive board may need to be replaced.

4. Maintenance points for electrical control system

1. Controller maintenance

During maintenance, the power must be turned off, otherwise the controller will be damaged.

.

The setting parameters of the faucet cannot be modified arbitrarily, otherwise the jacquard machine cannot work properly and should be modified by professionals.

. To modify parameters, you need to enter a permission password (usually 123678). In the settings interface (weaving interface, press F1), use the arrow keys to move the cursor, the confirm key to modify, and the F4 key to exit and save.

2. Circuit board maintenance

When installing the G-4-6 circuit board (board six), it is necessary to carefully check whether the quality of the circuit board is intact, fix it on the solenoid valve lifting bracket with brackets and screws, and the output wiring corresponds to the C-5-2 circuit board. Metal objects must not collide with the circuit to cause a short circuit.

.

The G1-1 circuit board (board 1) is installed in front of the solenoid valve lifting bracket. The quality and connectors are also checked and confirmed to be intact before installation.

The upper end of the circuit board and solenoid valve should be directly plugged into the electrical socket of the circuit board, and each one should be plugged in and connected with the fan flat wire.

.

3. Power Maintenance

The power supply is installed on the rear wall panel of the jacquard machine, with the 24V output terminal connected to the circuit board and the 220V AC input terminal connected.

. After the repair is completed, check if all wiring is secure and if the 24V power supply is working properly.

4. Sensor and signal maintenance

Select the "Sensor" item on the testing interface (F3 key), manually shift or not shift the sensor, slow down the machine, observe whether the signal changes, and also observe whether the V1 and V2 yellow indicator lights on the interface board change.

. Abnormal synchronization signal (OPEN/CLOSE) can cause incorrect working time of the solenoid valve, and it is necessary to check the proximity switch or Hall sensor.
