On July 29, the Party Branch of Sinoma (Shaanxi) Equipment, under the theme "Party Building Leads Chain Collaboration: University-Enterprise Partnership for Scientific and Technological Innovation Empowerment," organized key Party members to visit the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Shaanxi University of Science and Technology for a university-enterprise joint-building exchange on "Chain-Based Party Building." This initiative fully implements the innovation-driven development strategy, focuses on serving high-level self-reliance in science and technology, and promotes deep integration of industry, academia, and research as well as the efficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

During the event, the visiting team visited the research laboratory of the School of Materials Science and Technology to investigate the planning of new material innovation platforms, cutting-edge technology research and development plans, and the construction of basic scientific research systems in universities. Both schools and enterprises held a special symposium to systematically review the achievements of collaborative innovation practices in the early stage. The kilogram level porous carbon pilot process jointly developed by both parties has achieved stable implementation and sample supply. In response to common issues such as innovation and transformation bottlenecks in the current new materials industry, as well as weak links in industry chain collaboration, attending party members conducted in-depth discussions on key areas such as advanced material basic research and development, the landing of green and low-carbon industries, and innovation in complete sets of process equipment. They clarified the need to jointly build a joint innovation platform and work together to promote the application of various scientific research projects.


Based on long-term collaborative development, both parties have reached a comprehensive consensus on the three dimensions of platform, talent, and organization: promoting the two-way open sharing of scientific research instruments in universities and pilot production lines in enterprises, and building an innovative carrier for resource interconnection; Establish a regular mutual visit mechanism for party members and technical backbones, and open up channels for technical exchanges between schools and enterprises; Innovate the joint cultivation model of composite industry talents and promote two-way guidance from party members and mentors in schools and enterprises; Continuously collaborate to carry out a series of activities such as party building joint learning and technical seminars, in order to establish a stable long-term collaborative innovation pattern through organizational ties.


Next, both schools and enterprises will continue to enhance the brand of "on chain party building" work, break down barriers to the circulation of innovative elements between schools and enterprises, promote the deep integration of technology, talent, and industrial resources, effectively transform the political and organizational advantages of party organizations into core competitive advantages in the industrial chain, and empower the high-quality development of the new materials industry with the depth of party building.
