The working principle of the high-speed chenille machine is based on the coordinated operation of core components such as the rotating head, spacer, cutting blade, and twisting. Through mechanical transmission and automation control, efficient production of chenille yarn is achieved. The following is a specific analysis:

1、 Core components and spinning process

The yarn of chenille yarn spun by a rotating head and a spacer is wound onto a triangular spacer by a high-speed rotating head, and the neck width of the spacer determines the length of the pile. For example, the yarn delivery roller sends out two core yarns, one of which forms the surface core yarn of the chenille yarn, and the other forms the bottom core yarn of the chenille yarn.

The cutting blade and the yarn twisted on the spacer are pushed towards the blade by a guide wheel. The blade moves in the middle of the spacer, cutting the yarn into two pieces and clamping them on both sides between the surface core yarn and the bottom core yarn. Further down, due to the rotation of the ring spindle, the sheet-like fluff between the two core yarns disperses on all sides to form a chenille yarn, which is the formation process of chenille yarn.

2、 Transmission Structure and Power Control

Single power source drive is driven by a single power source through a driving motor. The core wire is conveyed between the roller cover and the output roller through a roller. At the same time, the core wire is cut in half by a driving motor and a knife and conveyed between the roller cover and the output roller to twist the core wire and produce yarn.

By using a single power source to drive the entire transmission structure for operation, the production process of two core wires being fed by two power sources through signal numerical control has been replaced, preventing errors caused by signal numerical control, manual operation, and other operational controls. This ensures that the feeding speed of the two core wires is consistent during twisting production, thereby ensuring consistent tension of the core wires and preventing yarn shedding or hair shedding in the production of chenille yarn, improving production quality.

The servo motor and stepper motor are matched with dedicated servo motors to independently drive each roller, which can be adjusted separately or synchronously adjust the speed as a whole, making it easy to adjust the process according to the yarn. The lifting motor is driven by a stepper motor with a reducer, making winding and other operations more precise.

3、 Technical parameters and production advantages

High speed and large capacity ring spindles can reach speeds of 3000-12500 RPM, with a large winding capacity that can accommodate more yarn, meeting the needs of large-scale production.

Automation and stability adopt touch screen adjustable lifting speed, ingot distance and other parameters, with high equipment stability. For example, the LX600 high-speed chenille machine produces high-quality and stable yarn patterns, making it suitable for producing ultra-fine chenille yarn.
