The usage method of high-speed polyester elastic machine with guide wire disc

1、 Preparation before startup

Equipment inspection ensures that components such as guide wire discs, rollers, friction spindles, and oil tankers are clean and free of foreign objects.

Check if the temperature control devices such as the hot box, heater, and cooling plate are functioning properly.

Confirm that key components such as the false twisting device, tensioner, and guide wire are not damaged.

Raw material preparation: Install POY pre oriented yarn (polyester raw yarn) onto the yarn holder, with the yarn spindle slightly forward to ensure proper rewinding, and align the center of the yarn spindle with the center of the wire guide magnet.

Install DTY paper tubes on the winding device and check whether the roundness and hardness of the paper tubes meet the standards.

Prepare tools such as suction gun, hook knife, brush, and wire pusher, and clean the waste wire in the suction gun waste bag.

2、 Power on operation

Start the process by opening the first roller (FR1) and second roller (FR2) leather ring frames, and turning off the wire cutter and wire breakage detector switches.

Press the white start button, the green light will turn on, and the machine will start running.

Raw head operation: Use a suction gun to extract the POY wire head from the guide tube and thread it through the porcelain tube of the wire cutter.

Hanging the wire into the hot box: Introduce the wire strip into the first heating box (upper heating box), and after passing through the cooling plate, hang it into the inlet guide of the false twisting device.

False twisting deformation: Activate the false twisting device, and the filament will generate mechanical twisting stress through the false twisting device to complete the deformation process.

Second heat box shaping: The wire enters the second heat box (lower heat box) for shaping, and then enters the wire detector through the third roller (FR3).

Oil winding: After the wire passes through the oil tanker, it is wound onto the paper tube, and the winding forming device begins to work.

3、 Precautions during operation

Temperature control is achieved by setting the temperature of the hot box to the required process value through a computer, observing the temperature rise, and starting the production process after reaching the set value and stabilizing.

Silk line inspection ensures that there are no irregular vibrations in the silk thread. If any abnormalities are found, check whether the POY original wire is properly wound.

Regularly clean the white powder and grease on components such as wire guides, cooling plates, and transverse box covers to prevent wire entanglement.

4、 Shutdown operation

Normal shutdown will disconnect the running wire from the wire breakage detector, and the wire cutter will interlock to cut off the wire.

Open the first and second roller leather ring frames, lift the winding bracket to detach the wire coil from the friction rod.

Press the black 'stop' button, the green light goes out, and the machine stops running.

In case of sudden situations (such as mechanical failure or severe wire entanglement), press the "emergency stop" button to cut off all power supply.

5、 Wire dropping operation

Prepare empty paper tubes, DTY small labels, and DTY wire carts before dropping, and check the suction force of the wire suction gun.

When the spindle position of the machine is fully rolled, the blue indicator light flashes and the red indicator light lights up, indicating that the spindle position is ready for wire dropping.

Approach the silk to be dropped with a suction gun, pull off the silk head with your hand, and the silk head will be sucked into the suction gun.

Remove the wire from the broken wire detector, wait for the red light to turn on and put it into the detector. When the red light goes out, the computer will re measure.

Lift up the winding bracket with a full reel, press the wire roll to a stop by hand, remove the wire roll and attach a small label.

Re roll the empty paper tube into the holder seat, press down on the holder, guide the wire through the wire guide and onto the oil tanker, then wind it onto the paper tube and re roll it.

6、 Safety and Maintenance

Before starting the safe operation, confirm that there is no human contact with the machine components on the operating surface of the machine.

It is strictly prohibited to touch rotating parts such as rollers and false twists with metal objects such as suction guns during the process of starting the head.

Regularly maintain and clean the winding, white powder, and grease of various components of the machine.

Check the temperature stability of the hot box to ensure that the process parameters meet the requirements.

7、 Precautions

Raw head operation: The silk strip needs to be manually pulled before the false twisting machine, and the use of a suction gun is strictly prohibited.

Hot box management: The hot box door should be closed in a timely manner to prevent temperature fluctuations.

Dropping management: When dropping the tube, the handle can only be pulled open after the tube has stopped rotating, and the coiled tube can be removed.

Tail wire treatment: If the tail wire is caught during the dropping process, the wire head should be pulled off and wrapped properly to protect the tail wire.

By following the above steps, it is possible to ensure the normal operation of the high-speed polyester puffing machine with a guide disc, improve production efficiency and product quality.
