Our country electronic component development status
 日期:2022/11/3 13:37:00

With the demographic dividend gradually disappearing, our country has become the world's largest electronic component market. According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, by 2020, our country will form a relatively complete electronic component industry system and the high-end market share reaches more than 45%. At present. The use of electronic components in China is mainly concentrated in the automobile industry and electronic and electrical industry. Arc welding robots, spot welding robots, handling robots and so on are widely used in the production. Below, we will analyze the development status of electronic components from the technical point of view.

Electronic components can be programmed to support the movement of multiple degrees of freedom, so the application is flexible. Although not as much as humans, electronic components are still much more flexible than the specialized aircraft common to many industrial automates-electromechanical integration solutions tailored to one industrial application or one customer. When industrial applications do not change too much, robots can be reprogrammed to meet new requirements without making significant additional investments in hardware. But its relative disadvantage would be efficiency. After all, the aircraft is customized for an application, so it sacrifices commonality but optimizes efficiency, and achieves good results on a metric that customers care about most.

Electronic components can generally achieve a motion accuracy of less than 0.1 mm (refers to the accuracy of repeated motion to the point), grab objects weighing up to a ton, and stretch up to three or four meters. Such performance may not be able to easily complete some of the "crazy" processing requirements on the iPhone, but for most industrial applications, it is enough to complete the task.

As robots improve, tasks that were previously impossible become feasible (such as laser welding or cutting, which used to require specialized high-precision equipment to guide the direction of the laser, are now dependent on the precise motion of the robot itself as the accuracy of the robot improves). But compared with traditional high-end equipment, such as high-precision CNC machine tools, laser calibration equipment, or special environment (high temperature or extremely low temperature) equipment, industrial robots are still unable to reach.
