II. Execution Standards and Material Requirements
1. Execution Standards
1.1 The product design complies with API 6A 21th “Specification for Wellhead Equipment and Christmas Tree Equipment” or GB/T22513 - 2013 “Wellhead Equipment and Christmas Tree”.
1.2 The product inspection implements API inspection standards, including material physical and chemical tests, strength tests, sealing tests, and the pressure test records are automatically generated curves.
1.3 Bolts and nuts adopt metric specifications. Bolts comply with B7 standard, and nuts comply with 2H standard.
1.4 Ultrasonic inspection of forgings shall meet the requirements of ASTM A388 standard.
1.5 Magnetic particle inspection shall meet the requirements of ASTM E709 standard.
1.6 Penetrant inspection shall meet the requirements of ASTM E165 standard.
2. Material Requirements
2.1 Select materials strictly in accordance with API 6A NACE MR0175 requirements to meet the customer's usage requirements.
2.2 Strictly control the production process (heat treatment hardness) to achieve good sulfur resistance.
2.3 The pressure - bearing parts such as the valve body and bonnet of the flat - gate valve comply with API 60K materials and are made of low - alloy steel.
2.4 The seat seal ring and stem seal ring are made of high - temperature - resistant materials, which can effectively ensure normal use in high - temperature environments.
2.5 Bolts are made of 42CrMo, and nuts are made of 45. The P and S content of the materials are ≤ 0.025% respectively.
IV. Other Requirements
The valve seals are easy to replace.
