PL89032 is a high voltage Buck Control designed forhighperformance synchronous Buck DC/DC applicationswith inputvoltages up to 100V.
PL89032 integrates a high efficiency synchronousstep-down switching regulator, which includes a 120V,70mΩ high side and a 120V, 70mΩ low side MOSFETs toprovide 3A continuous load current over12V to 100V wideoperating input voltage.
PL89032 switching frequency is programmable from50kHz up to 500 kHz allowing the flexibility to tune forefficiencyand size. The output voltage can bepreciselyregulated using the internally 1.2 V referencevoltage forlow voltage applications.Protection features include userprogrammableundervoltage lockout, over voltage lockoutand over currentprotection.The supply current drops below 10μA inshutdown mode. PL89032 is a good choice for carinfotainment application, telecom bus converter, etc.
