PL8312E is a monolithic 36V, 1A step-downswitching regulator. PL8312E integrates a 36V250mΩ high side and a 36V, 140mΩ low sideMOSFETs to provide 1A continuous load current overa 4.5V to 36V wide operating input voltage with 33Vinput over voltage protection. Peak current modecontrol provides fast transient responses andcycle-by-cycle current limiting.
PL8312E has configurable line drop compensation,configurable charging current limit. CC/CV modecontrol provides a smooth transition betweenconstant current charging and constant voltagecharging stages. Built-in soft-start prevents inrushcurrent at power-up.
