Robot stand-alone workstation: an independent and efficient intelligent manufacturing unit

In the wave of industrial manufacturing transformation towards flexibility and intelligence, the robot stand-alone workstation has become an innovative force in small and medium-sized batch production scenarios with its high integration and flexible deployment capabilities. The stand-alone workstation is based on industrial robots and integrates three core modules:

Perception system: 3D visual scanners and laser trackers capture the contour of the workpiece in real time to achieve millimeter-level positioning of the weld;

Process center: built-in million-level welding parameter database, supporting one-click switching of various materials such as carbon steel;

Actuator: The six-axis robotic arm is equipped with a special welding gun, and the millimeter-level repeatable positioning accuracy is competent for complex spatial trajectories.


For medium and thick plate components such as excavator buckets and crane legs, the workstation automatically matches multi-layer and multi-pass welding solutions, and the steel plate penetration pass rate reaches 99%.




From auto parts to building steel structures, the robot stand-alone workstation is reshaping the metal processing industry ecosystem with its characteristics of "independent units, flexible production, and rapid response". It is not only the "lightweight smart manufacturing portal" for small and medium-sized enterprises, but also provides a replicable technical paradigm for large-scale customized production.
