Breakthrough application of steel structure welding robots in communication tower manufacturing

Each workstation is equipped with an emergency stop button and a safety light curtain to ensure the safety of human-machine collaboration. At the same time, the workshop is equipped with a high-power smoke exhaust system to effectively improve the working environment. These measures have reduced the rate of work-related accidents by 90% and greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers.


By introducing welding robots, the manufacturer's annual tower production capacity has increased by 25% and reduced production costs by 20%. The significant improvement in product quality has also brought about enhanced market competitiveness. This innovative application provides strong technical support for the construction of communication infrastructure and promotes technological progress in the industry.
