1. When conducting edge work, protective railings of appropriate height must be installed outside the edge. Generally speaking, the height of the upper pole from the ground should be 1 to 1.2 meters, and the height of the lower pole from the ground should be 50 to 60 centimeters. At the same time, the protective railing must be enclosed with a safety net from top to bottom, and a foot guard of at least 18 centimeters or a foot guard of at least 40 centimeters can be installed below the railing.
2. For hole opening operations, measures such as setting up protective railings, covering plates, hanging safety nets, or installing gates can be taken in specific situations.
3. When carrying out climbing operations, operators must use designated passages to climb up and down, and cannot climb between non designated passages such as balconies. In addition, it is not allowed to use construction equipment such as crane trucks and wall frames for climbing at will.
4. When conducting suspended operations, it is necessary to ensure a reliable foothold and set up protective railings, scaffolding, and operating platforms depending on the specific situation. Use horse stools, hang safety nets, or take other safety measures. All rigging, scaffolding, baskets, cages, and platform climbing equipment used for homework must undergo technical appraisal before they can be used.
5. When conducting cross operations, please be careful not to operate in the same vertical direction, and the lower level operation position must be far away from the range of possible falling objects. If the conditions do not meet the requirements, a safety protection layer must be set up.
6. Structural construction should start from the second floor, and safety shelters should be built at personnel entrances and exits (including derricks and construction elevator entrances and exits). When the height exceeds 24 meters, a double-layer protective shed needs to be set up.
7. Before working at heights, please conduct a safety protection facility inspection and acceptance. Only after passing the acceptance and meeting the standards can high-altitude operations begin.
