The working principle of computer jacquard faucet

The working principle of the computerized jacquard faucet is based on mechatronics technology, which achieves automated production of jacquard fabrics through the synergistic effect of electronic control system and mechanical motion. The core principles and structure are as follows:

1、 Electronic control system

The control system of the computerized jacquard faucet receives instruction information from the Yijiang file (electronic pattern board), which determines the motion law of the jacquard rope.

The system controls the on/off of solenoid valves through circuits, generating magnetic force to drive mechanical components.

The solenoid valve and jacquard rope control solenoid valve are the executing components of the control system, which are controlled by the switch power supply method to turn on and off.

When the solenoid valve is powered on, it generates magnetic force and cooperates with the moving parts to drive the jacquard rope to move; When the power is lost, the jacquard rope stops moving.

Numerous solenoid valves work together to control the movement of all jacquard ropes, thereby controlling the warp threads threaded through them.

2、 Mechanical motion system

The movement law of jacquard rope and warp control determines the lifting and lowering of warp, and forms a jacquard belt when combined with weft yarn.

The warp threads are raised and lowered by jacquard ropes to form the desired pattern on the fabric.

The mechanical structure of the faucet includes fixed mechanical motion devices such as lifting knives, connecting rods, and motion hooks.

The servo motor is transmitted to the main shaft of the faucet through a reduction mechanism, driving the conjugate cam or eccentric wheel to operate, and driving the connecting rod to make the lifting tool move up and down.

The movement of lifting the knife drives the motion hooks of the components on both sides to rise alternately, controlling the lifting and lowering of the warp.

3、 Collaboration between control system and mechanical motion

The coordination control system of the motion hook and the fixed hook controls the power on and off of the electromagnet according to the design document, determining whether the motion hook can be interlocked with the fixed hook.

When the moving hook is interlocked with the fixed hook, the movable pulley rises with the lifting knife, driving the warp yarn to rise; On the contrary, the warp yarn decreases.

The formation of warp and weft points is achieved through the combination of warp and weft yarns, where the warp yarn rises to form warp points and falls to form weft points.

4、 Technical advantages and applications

The computerized jacquard faucet has achieved automation in jacquard weaving, improving production efficiency and flexibility in pattern design.

Through computer control, jacquard patterns can be easily modified and designed to meet diverse market demands.

Simplifying the structure and reducing energy consumption, using servo motors to directly drive the faucet simplifies the traditional mechanical transmission mechanism and reduces the size of the equipment.

The expansion capacitor module of the servo drive bus enables the reuse of generated electricity and reduces energy consumption.

The design of computerized jacquard faucets improves production safety and avoids the risk of breakage in traditional mechanical transmissions.

The high reliability of solenoid valves and control systems ensures the stable operation of equipment.
