Then, gradually add coal to the decomposition furnace to over 1/3 of the normal value, and gradually adjust the opening of the three air dampers to 80% of the normal opening, The kiln speed gradually increases to about 2/3 of the normal speed. After about half an hour of feeding, when the temperature of the decomposition furnace and kiln tail is stable, the kiln current is stable, and shows an upward trend, the production can be increased. At this time, the feeding amount can be gradually increased. Before increasing the feeding amount, the system ventilation amount, coal feeding amount, and kiln speed should be increased. Before the feeding amount reaches 80% of the normal level, it can be increased by 5-10% of the normal amount each time, Faster production rate can be controlled with temperature control. After the temperature of the second and third air stabilizes to normal temperature, gradually increase the feeding amount (at a rate of 3-5% each time, of course, the mixing of air and coal materials must be achieved) to the normal value
