3. Cleaning: Weigh 100Kg of pure water and clean the grinder 3-5 times. Transfer all the washing solution to the dispersing machine. 3. In the material dispersion process of the disperser, about 500Kg of the material mixed by 2.2 two grinders (including the material for cleaning the grinder) is transferred to the disperser together, and then 100Kg of pure water is added, the mixing speed is adjusted, and the mixing is fully dispersed for 1-2 hours, waiting for the pump to be pumped into the spray drying equipment. 4. Heat up the sintering process in the push plate furnace first, add nitrogen gas to meet the atmosphere requirement of less than 100ppm. Push the sagger into the push plate furnace and follow the heating range of 300-550 ℃ for 4-6 hours; Constant temperature range 750 ℃ for 8-10 hours; The cooling period lasts for 6-8 hours, and the discharge is carried out by rolling the material fired by the pusher furnace into the ultra-fine mill. The speed is adjusted, and after rolling and grinding, it is fed into the ultra-fine mill for grinding. Sample and test the particle size of each batch. 8.
