Entering the pre-assembly site of the equipment, we witnessed the entire process of assembling the 500KG single-batch silicon-carbon anode carbon-coated rotary furnace. Inside the workshop, the complete machinery was in place, with core components such as the rotary cylinder, gas pipeline, and temperature control module undergoing orderly pre-assembly and debugging. All systems were aligned and assembled according to the process specifications. In the field of lithium battery new materials, this rotary furnace is mainly suitable for silicon carbon negative electrode CVD carbon coating modification, and can also be used for high-temperature atmosphere heat treatment of porous carbon and various carbon based powder materials, covering the laboratory trial to small-scale trial production stage.

To leverage the high specific capacity advantage of silicon-based negative electrodes, carbon coating modification is a key process, and thermal equipment directly determines the quality of the modified material.
