Storage and Handling of Airflow Spinning Machines
 日期:2025/8/26 13:26:00

As a core equipment in the textile industry, the storage and handling of air flow spinning machines require consideration of equipment protection, safety regulations, and environmental adaptability. The following elaborates on key precautions from four aspects: storage conditions, handling procedures, safety protection, and maintenance management:

1. Storage condition requirements

Environmental control

Temperature and humidity:

The storage environment temperature should be controlled at 15-30 ℃ to avoid high temperature (> 40 ℃) causing electrical component aging or low temperature (<5 ℃) causing lubricating oil solidification; Maintain a relative humidity of 40%~65% to prevent metal parts from rusting (high humidity) or static electricity accumulation (low humidity).

Cleanliness:

The storage area should be free of corrosive gases (such as acid mist, salt mist) and dust, to avoid damage to equipment surface coatings or precision components (such as bearings, sensors);

; Lay dust-proof flooring on the ground, regularly clean and use vacuum equipment to reduce suspended particles.

Equipment protection

Moisture prevention measures:

Use moisture-proof film (such as PE plastic film) to wrap the entire equipment, with a focus on protecting electrical cabinets, motors, and other parts that are prone to moisture.

; Place desiccants (such as silica gel) at the bottom of the equipment, using 500-1000g per cubic meter of space, and replace them regularly to maintain moisture absorption.

Dust cover:

Cover open parts such as spinning units and rollers with dust covers to prevent cotton wool and dust from entering the interior;

; Electrical interfaces (such as plugs and sockets) should be sealed with specialized dust plugs to avoid poor contact.

Space Layout

Channel Planning:

Storage areas need to reserve a channel width of ≥ 1.5m for easy handling of equipment or maintenance inspections;

; Maintain a distance of ≥ 0.8m between devices to avoid collisions or obstructed heat dissipation.

Support and fixation:

When storing for a long time, use a dedicated bracket to fix the equipment body to prevent deformation caused by uneven ground;

; Extra reinforcement should be applied to components that are prone to shaking, such as yarn tube racks, to prevent loosening during transportation.

2. Handling Process Specification

Preparation before Handling

Equipment Disassembly:

Disassemble separable components (such as spinning cups and yarn guide tubes), package them separately and label them with numbers for easy assembly in the future;

; Drain the residual lubricating oil and coolant from the equipment to prevent leakage and environmental pollution.

Packaging protection:

Use wooden or plastic packaging boxes to fix the equipment, and fill the boxes with foam boards or air cushion films to cushion transportation vibration;

Independently package precision components such as sensors and encoders to avoid collision with each other.

.

Selection of handling tools

Lifting equipment:

Choose a forklift or crane of appropriate tonnage according to the weight of the equipment (air spinning machines usually weigh 5-15 tons);

; Forklift forks need to be wrapped in rubber protective covers to avoid scratching the surface of the equipment.

Transport vehicles:

Choose flatbed trucks or low rail trucks to ensure that the equipment height does not exceed the carriage height limit (usually ≤ 4.5m);

;

Install anti slip pads inside the carriage and use straps to secure the equipment in the corners of the carriage to prevent slipping.

.

Key points for handling operations

Smooth lifting:

When lifting, keep the equipment horizontal with a tilt angle of ≤ 5 ° to avoid tipping over due to center of gravity deviation;

;

The sling should carry more than twice the weight of the equipment and be regularly inspected for wear and tear.

.

Slow driving:

Transport vehicles should travel at a speed of ≤ 30km/h and avoid bumpy roads (such as speed bumps and potholes);

; Slow down when turning to prevent equipment from shifting due to centrifugal force.

III. Safety Protection Measures

Personnel Safety

Training Requirements:

Handling personnel need to receive professional training, be familiar with equipment structure and handling procedures, and master emergency response methods (such as equipment overturning and sling breakage);

; Wear a safety helmet, non slip shoes, and gloves during operation, and do not wear loose clothing near rotating parts.

Warning signs:

Post warning signs such as "fragile items" and "heavy objects" on the equipment packaging box or handling path to remind personnel to pay attention;

; Turn on the lighting equipment during nighttime transportation to ensure clear visibility.

Equipment safety

Anti collision design:

Stick rubber corner protectors at the corners of the equipment to reduce collision damage with walls and other equipment during transportation;

;

Use a traction rope to control the swing range of the equipment and avoid contact with surrounding objects.

Electrical protection:

Before handling, disconnect the power supply of the equipment, remove the cables and package them separately to prevent line breakage caused by pulling;

;

Anti static packaging should be applied to static sensitive components (such as circuit boards) to avoid electrostatic breakdown.
