What are the components of an air spinning machine

Airflow spinning machine is a new spinning technology that uses airflow to condense, twist and output fibers into yarn in a high-speed spinning cup. Its composition mainly includes the following key parts:


Feeding system: including feeding horn, feeding roller, feeding plate and other components. This system is responsible for transporting fiber strips to the carding roller for opening and cleaning cotton.

Combing roller: The main function of the combing roller is to grab and comb the cotton fibers fed in. By the centrifugal force generated by its high-speed rotation, the captured fibers can be thrown out, providing single fibers for the subsequent spinning process.

Impurity removal device: This device is used to remove impurities from fibers and ensure the quality of fibers entering the spinning cup.

Spinning cup (rotor): The spinning cup is one of the core components of the air flow spinning machine, and its rotational speed is more than 10 times higher than that of the comb roller. A negative air pressure is formed inside the spinning cup, allowing fibers to enter the spinning cup under the guidance of airflow and form yarn tails in the coagulation tank, twisting into yarn. According to the different ways of generating negative pressure inside the cup, spinning cups can be divided into two categories: suction type and self exhaust type.

Thread guiding tube and thread guiding roller: The thread guiding tube is responsible for guiding the spun yarn out of the spinning cup, while the thread guiding roller is responsible for guiding the yarn out and winding it into a tube yarn.

In addition, the air flow spinning machine may also include other auxiliary components and devices, such as a joint trolley (used to handle broken ends or yarn situations), a suction box (used to provide air flow), a power box (providing power to the spinning machine), etc. These components and devices work together to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the air spinning machine.
