Features
Based on market machines, this chenille yarn machine is suitable for producing fine count chenille yarn, as well as large belly yarn (7 segments) and pearl yarn. The yarn has high quality and stable pattern.
Each roller is independently driven by a specially servo motor, which can be adjusted individually
or synchronously as a whole, making it easy to adjust the speed according to the yarn adjustment
process. Each section can be spun with different patterns of yarn.
Spindle motors are independently controlled by frequency converters, allowing for convenient
and flexible individual adjustment.
Long dragon belt centralized transmission reduces the spindle difference of each spindle and improves product quality.
The spindle plate is made of thickened plate (8mm), which has good stability and less vibration.
The checking light (optional) can be switched on and off automatically at any time.
