The Eugen yarn puffing machine is mainly used for puffing textiles such as Eugen yarn to improve their elasticity and hand feel. The following is the usage method of the Eugen yarn puffing machine:
1、 Preparation work
Cleaning equipment: Before operation, ensure the cleanliness of the loading machine, especially the components such as the roller, leather rod, friction spindle shaft, oil tanker, friction rod, and the interior of the hot box, which need to be cleaned thoroughly to avoid waste wires affecting production.
Check process parameters: According to production requirements, check and set process parameters such as hot box temperature, winding speed, etc.
Inspect POY raw silk: Ensure the quality of POY raw silk, check for defects such as fuzz, oil stains, and mesh on its surface, strip the surface of the silk roll to ensure normal rewinding and use after being put on the shelf.
2、 Power on operation
Start device: Press the start button of the ammunition dispenser, the green light will turn on, indicating that the machine has started running. Before starting, it is necessary to confirm that there is no one touching the machine components on the operating surface of the machine to avoid danger.
Heating operation: Set the temperature of the hot box to the required process value through the computer and observe the heating situation of the hot box. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the starting operation can be carried out.
3、 Head raising operation
Preparation work: Clean the machine thoroughly, remove the tangled wires and white powder on the roller, friction spindle, anti twist device, various wire guides, and winding bracket chuck. At the same time, prepare production tools such as suction guns, hook knives, brushes, wire pushers, etc.
POY silk rack: Push the POY silk cart or wooden tray to both sides of the silk machine to be loaded, turn the bracket on the silk rack to a position convenient for placing the silk roll, insert the POY silk cake into the bracket seat, and turn the bracket back to the correct position. Pay attention to aligning the center with the center of the circular wire guide.
Initial steps:
Turn off the switches of the wire cutter and wire breakage detector, and turn off all the wire cutters.
Install the empty paper tube on the tube holder.
Remove the waste wire from the suction gun waste wire bag.
Rub the POY wire heads on the original wire holder into small balls and pass them through the circular guide wire mouth of the wire holder. Use a wire suction gun to extract the wire heads from the corresponding guide wire tubes.
The partition will fix the extracted silk head on the original silk rack.
Pull down the raw silk rod, open the hot box door, use a suction gun to suck the thread head led out from the guide tube, wrap it around the guide on the raw silk rod, hang the anti twist device at the top of the raw silk rod, pass through the cooling plate, hang the guide in front of the false twist device, and then introduce the second roller.
Secure the suction gun, insert the wire pusher into the corresponding positioning hole of the false twisting device, and push the wire into the false twisting device. Then push on the raw silk rod and carefully close the first roller skin rod.
Press down the winding bracket of the corresponding ingot position to make contact with the friction rod, and the paper tube will spin freely at this time. After passing through the wire breakage detector, wire guide, and oil wheel, the wire drawn from the second roller is wound onto the paper tube through the bundle wire guide on the right side of the transverse box.
After the tail wire is wound 5-6 times, use a wire suction gun to remove the wire from the bundle guide and automatically insert it into the reciprocating guide to start winding.
After hanging a section, turn on the wire breakage detector switch to put it in working condition.
4、 Normal operation
Monitoring equipment: During the operation of the loading machine, it is necessary to monitor the real-time running status of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
Quality inspection: Regularly inspect the quality of the product, including elasticity, feel, etc., to ensure that the product meets production requirements.
5、 Shutdown operation
Normal shutdown:
Detach the running wire from the wire breakage detector, and the chain action of the wire cutter will cut the wire.
Pull apart all the first and second roller leather sticks to separate them from the roller.
Lift the winding bracket off the friction stick to detach the wire roll from the friction stick.
Press the stop button, the green light goes out, and the machine stops running. If there is a need for cooling, turn off the hot box switch.
Drop the silk rolls one by one and replace them with empty paper tubes for later use.
Clean the machine.
Emergency stop: In the event of an emergency situation such as mechanical failure, severe entanglement, or personal safety hazards, the emergency stop button should be immediately pressed to cut off all power sources.
6、 Precautions
Operating standards: Strictly follow the operating procedures to avoid safety hazards caused by illegal operations.
Equipment maintenance: Regularly maintain and upkeep the ammunition dispenser to ensure its normal operation and extend its service life.
Safety protection: During operation, it is necessary to wear safety protective equipment such as gloves, masks, etc. to avoid causing harm to the body.
