Low energy consumption ingot false twisting device: Adopting a low-energy consumption electric ingot false twisting device, the conversion between S-twist and Z-twist is more convenient, improving the adaptability and flexibility of the equipment.

Pneumatic threading: The pneumatic head threading is convenient and simple, reducing the labor intensity of operation while ensuring that each wire is in the same state.

Computer control system: The equipment is equipped with an advanced computer control system, which is easy to operate and reliable. Human computer communication is achieved through touch screens, allowing users to easily set and adjust process parameters, and monitor the real-time operation status of equipment.

Independent smoking system: Both sides of the machine are equipped with independent smoking systems, which can remove oil fumes during production and improve the working environment.

3、 Auxiliary functions and expandability

Auxiliary devices: The equipment can be equipped with FDY feeding, spandex feeding, hot spinning and other auxiliary devices to meet the needs and processing requirements of different users.

Online tension device: Adding an online tension device can more conveniently and flexibly control the tension of the yarn, improving the quality and stability of the yarn.
