What are the requirements for collection and storage of test kit
 日期:2022/10/29 12:53:00

You should not know what conditions exist for the collection and storage of the test kit. Let's take a look with the editor

The test kit must be kept warm at any time, because ELISA belongs to solid phase immunoassay, and antigen antibody binding can occur only on the solid phase

Take the sandwich method of antibody coating as an example. For the samples in the plate hole, the antigen in the hole does not have an equal opportunity to combine with the solid phase antibody. Only the antigen in a layer of solution close to the hole wall needs to directly touch the antibody. This is a process of gradual balance, so it takes dispersion to reach the end of response

There are generally two antigen antibody reactions in the test kit, namely, after adding the sample and enzyme conjugate. The completion of antigen antibody response requires a certain temperature and time. This insulation process is called incubation, or incubation

The detection kit is a rapid detection tool for various food contaminants, which can quantitatively detect whether food contaminants are safe *. The setting of R&D and production as an encouraged industry is a manifestation of the country's transformation to a technological model; Fast food safety detection instrument is a trend in the future of the industry. It is not only necessary to ensure the high accuracy of the current detection box, but also to reduce the detection time and improve efficiency

Collection and storage of samples in the test kit:

1. Serum: The whole blood samples should be centrifuged at 1000 x g for 20 minutes after being placed at room temperature for 2 hours or overnight at 4 ℃. The supernatant can be taken for detection, or the samples should be stored at - 20 ℃ or - 80 ℃, but repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided

2. Plasma: EDTA or heparin can be used as anticoagulant, and the sample shall be centrifuged at 2-8 ° C 1000 x g for 15 minutes within 30 minutes after collection, or stored at - 20 ℃ or - 80 ℃, but repeated freezing and thawing shall be avoided

3. Cell culture supernatant or other biological samples: centrifugate with 1000 xg for 20min, test with supernatant, or store at - 20 ℃ - 80 ℃, but do not freeze and melt repeatedly
