Overcurrent and short circuit protection: when the battery P + and P output exceed the overcurrent / short circuit, the control circuit controls the DMOS to open the electric loop and stop discharging.

High and low temperature protection: after the temperature sensor reaches the limit value, it reaches the delay protection, and the control circuit controls to close and stop charging and discharging.

The lithium battery protection board also has the functions of power detection, power display, battery status display, communication and remote control. If the voltage of the lithium battery pack is lower than the alarm value, there will be alarm information. If the voltage is too low, the power will be automatically cut off to protect the battery (the specific function of the protection board needs to be communicated with the manufacturer).

3. Box structure

According to the requirements of the electrical equipment, the shell structure matched with it is designed, usually including plastic shell, metal shell, simple PVC heat shrink, etc.

4. Lithium battery pack process

For the lithium iron phosphate battery pack, the excellent performance of pack is very important. Good equipment, experienced technical personnel, mature management mode and strict manufacturing requirements are required to ensure that the lithium battery pack will not be neglected in important links such as welding, testing, aging and pre shipment inspection, and the quality of the produced lithium battery pack can be guaranteed.
