Precautions for using dynamic and static pressure spindles

1. After one year of normal use, the 2 # spindle oil and coarse and fine filter element should be replaced.

2. When replenishing oil for normal use of the pump station, it is necessary to filter and add three layers of silk cloth

3. The main shaft pulley and grinding wheel must be loaded and unloaded while the pump station is working. The spindle is operated in a state where static pressure oil floats, so as not to damage the spindle

4. Before the grinding wheel spindle starts working, observe whether the pump station pressure and grinding head static pressure are within the specified range

5. When the equipment stops, be sure to first stop the grinding head motor. After the grinding wheel stops steadily, turn off the pump station, otherwise it is easy to damage the grinding head

Before replacing any components on the pump station, it is necessary to first remove the high-pressure oil inlet hose connector. After replacing the components, the oil circuit should circulate for 15-20 minutes before connecting the oil inlet pipe to the grinding head. This ensures that the spindle oil entering the grinding head is finely filtered ultra clean spindle oil, which can extend the service life of the dynamic and static pressure spindle
