During operation, it is necessary to constantly monitor the pressure of various parts of the sprinkler system, strictly follow the operating procedures, and pay attention to safety. Especially to prevent water jets from spraying onto live wires, and to avoid electric leakage accidents when moving pipes.
2、 Start and Run
Before starting the water pump, check whether the valves on the main and branch pipes are closed properly, and then start the water pump. After the water pump reaches the rated speed, slowly open the main valve and the valves on each branch pipe in sequence to ensure that the water pump starts under low load, avoid overload, and prevent pipeline vibration caused by water hammer.
After starting the water pump, attention should be paid to observing the water output. If the water has not been discharged within 3 minutes, the machine should be stopped for inspection to avoid damage caused by the water pump idling.
The sprinkler water used by the reel type sprinkler shall not contain a large amount of sediment and dirt to avoid wear or blockage of the nozzle. Sprinkler irrigation should not be carried out when the wind speed is above level three to prevent damage to the sprinkler head and affect the sprinkler effect.
3、 Nozzle and pipeline maintenance
During the operation of sprinkler irrigation, it is necessary to constantly observe whether the sprinkler intensity is appropriate. It is required that there is no runoff or water accumulation on the soil surface, otherwise it indicates that the sprinkler intensity is too high. The working pressure should be reduced or a smaller diameter nozzle should be used in a timely manner to reduce the sprinkler intensity.
During operation, attention should be paid to observing whether the nozzle is working properly, whether there is uneven rotation, too fast or too slow rotation, or even no rotation. Meanwhile, observe whether the commutation is flexible and whether there are any abnormal phenomena.
After each sprinkler irrigation, the machine, pump, and nozzle should be cleaned thoroughly, and rotating parts should be promptly oiled and rust removed. During winter, the water inside the pump and pipes should be drained to prevent freezing and cracking.
After irrigation, the water in the pipeline should be emptied, and the rust proof layer should be repaired if it falls off. PE pipes should be protected from direct sunlight and stored together in a well ventilated and dry warehouse for proper preservation. If there are damaged parts, they should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
4、 Storage and Carrying
When storing sprinkler irrigation machines correctly, they should be kept dry, clean, and stored out of reach of children.
When carrying a sprinkler, ensure that it is sealed and avoid liquid leakage inside the sprinkler.
5、 Other precautions
Choose the appropriate sprinkler system based on crop, soil conditions, and the required irrigation method. Different crops and soils require different amounts of water and irrigation methods.
When using chemicals for sprinkler irrigation, follow the instructions and ensure that direct skin contact and breathing are avoided during use.
Regularly check whether the bolts and nuts related to the tires are tightened to ensure the stability of the machine.
When transferring the machine, the winch is rotated to the transport position through a rotary mechanism, and the position is fixed with a wrench. The stable and balanced rear bracket and front support are retracted and fixed in place.
