1、 Preliminary preparation

2、 Install spray rack

Install limit devices and reversing gears: If fan-shaped sprinkler irrigation is required, limit devices and reversing gears can be installed on the nozzle. This can automatically reverse the rotation of the nozzle after a certain angle, thereby achieving a fan-shaped irrigation effect.
Start test: Start the irrigation system and observe the working status of the nozzles. Check if the nozzle rotates evenly and stably, and if there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations. Simultaneously observe whether the range and shape of the water spray meet the expected requirements.
5、 Maintenance and upkeep
Regular inspection: Regularly check whether the various components of the nozzle are intact, worn or loose. Especially vulnerable parts such as rocker arms and deflectors need to be regularly inspected and replaced in a timely manner.
Cleaning up debris: Regularly clean the weeds, soil, and other debris around the nozzle to ensure that the nozzle can rotate and spray water smoothly.
Lubrication and maintenance: Add an appropriate amount of engine oil to the rotating parts for lubrication and maintenance to reduce friction resistance and extend service life.
