The coupling is composed of two parts, which are respectively connected with the driving shaft and the driven shaft. For the fixation of the coupling, it should be carried out from the following five aspects
1. Set screw fixation: the fixed shaft is locked by two set screws with a clearance of 90o. In the traditional fixation method, because the front end of the screw contacts with the shaft axis, the shaft axis may be damaged or difficult to disassemble
2. Clamping screw fixation: use the tightening force of the hexagon bolt to shrink the slit and hold the shaft tightly. This way of fixing and disassembling is convenient, and will not cause damage to the axis, is a very common way of fixing
3. Keyway type fixation: suitable for high torque transmission. In order to prevent axial sliding, it is usually fixed with positioning screw and clamping screw
4. D-shaped hole fixation: generally, if the shaft of the motor is D-shaped, if the positioning screw can not be fixed, the hole of the coupling can be processed into a D-shaped hole corresponding to the size of the motor shaft, and fixed with the positioning screw, there is no need to worry about slipping
5. Expansion sleeve fixation: by tightening the four set screws on the end face of the coupling to compress the accounting sleeve, it is suitable for the connection and fixation of some large torque stepping motors and servo motors, such as expansion sleeve diaphragm coupling, expansion sleeve plum blossom coupling, expansion sleeve bellows coupling, etc
Do you know how to fix the coupling? In the future, the actual operation must follow these five steps
