The connecting rod integrated measuring machine is one of the key parts of the engine, and its quality directly affects the working function and service life of the engine, so it has high requirements for size and shape and position accuracy. In this paper, according to the characteristics of 265 connecting rod, a special mechatronics connecting rod integrated measuring machine is designed, which can measure multiple parameters at the same time.This measuring instrument adopts the method of comparative measurement, which transforms large-scale measurement into micro-scale measurement, which reduces the difficulty of measurement and improves the accuracy of measurement. The various factors causing the measurement error are analyzed in detail, the system error and random error are calculated, and the total uncertainty of the whole connecting rod comprehensive measurement system is obtained. the application software based on database is compiled with VB, which makes the measurement operation simple and realizes the storage and management of measurement data and calculation results. The analysis of the existing test data shows that the measurement accuracy of the system is less than the allowable limit error of 6 μ m, which can meet the measurement needs. In the follow-up operation, more abundant test data will be obtained when the test conditions are gradually improved, which lays a foundation for further improving the measurement accuracy of the connecting rod integrated measuring machine.
